Can I request a swatch before ordering?
We would be happy to provide fabric swatches so you can feel the fabric before ordering. Please contact us on +91 9910669546 or info@linolinens.com with the request and your address and we will send you fabric swatches.  Swatches will take approx. 7 working days for delivery.

Can I place a custom order? 

Yes, we customise orders. You can customise the size, colour and design as per your requirements. Please contact us on info@linolinens.com or +91 9910669546 with your custom details.  Our team will connect with you for a one-on-one consultation with us shortly after.

Which payment modes do you accept?
Prices displayed on Lino are quoted in INR by default. We accept all major credit and debit cards and online transfer via UPI.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
If you need a modification after placing an order, you can always check in with us on your order status. Please note that the changes can be made only for a limited window of time. Once the order is in production, there won’t be any scope for modification. Please contact us on +91 9910669546 to enquire about changes in your order. To cancel your order you can refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.

What if an item I ordered is unavailable?
Online purchase of our products is subject to availability. While we strive to display the most up-to-date product inventory, some items may be out-of-stock and will possibly be restocked soon. Please check in with us on the next availability on such an occasion. 

Are there any promotional offers and discounts available? 
On occasion, promotional offers may be advertised via email, social media, on our website, through partnerships, or in other communications. Each offer is subject to change and is valid only on the website. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases nor redeemed in cash.

I stayed at a hotel with Lino linens and would like to buy it for my home. How can I make the same purchase?

How do I care for my linens? 
At Lino we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Our fabrics, used in hospitality, are very durable. However, like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, wrinkling, or dye-lot variations.
