What is the status of my order?

We ship all across India; the orders are delivered within 10-12 days of placing them. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks.

What is your exchange and return policy?
We take pride in our long-standing tradition of quality-made linens and we reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been made. This may occur if the stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the standards. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, we will gladly find a solution for you.

What is the process for making an exchange?
You can send us an email email@example.com or Whats App +91 9910669546 with your order number , items you wish to exchange and a picture of the defected item. Once your exchange request has been approved, we will get in touch with you regarding pick up and exchange.
Do you charge for return shipping?
All pick ups will be arranged and paid for by our team. Once your return is approved, we will get in touch with you regarding pick up. Please make sure you give a full address, contact and day suitable for pick up
How do I return a gift?
